Hi! I’m Lynsey, an independent chartered physiotherapist based in King’s Lynn and available to make home visits within 25 miles of the Norfolk market town. I have 22 years’ experience as a physiotherapist. I specialise in holistic physiotherapy and am experienced in many areas – including helping patients to alleviate musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and breathing difficulties, as well as pain and mobility issues affecting the frail or elderly.

What physiotherapy services and treatments do I offer?

I offer honest and trustworthy advice. In undertaking an initial consultation and assessment with you, I can determine which of my treatments would best meet your physical needs. I can provide these solutions:

Manual therapy
Electro-physical agents (EPAs)
Exercises and stretches
Non-pharmacological pain management
Rehabilitation programme
Medico-legal assessments

My aim is to improve my patients’ quality of life using my experience, treatment techniques and equipment – and I offer tailored, realistic treatment plans to suit.

I have a broad span of experience over many years in the physiotherapy field, and have a holistic approach of treating the whole person.

After initially consulting with and assessing you, I may decide that you would benefit from an alternative practitioner – in which case, I will inform you. As the most important person is the patient, your wellbeing always takes priority – even if that entails me referring you elsewhere.

I am also a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), hold a BSc honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia and attract most of my work due to recommendations.
